Thanks Response: The best way to clean our wood products would be to wipe it with a damp rag. If soap is needed- wipe it with a soapy rag and then damp rag to remove the soap. Keep it from being submerged or subject to hot water. You can finish it off with a little food grade furniture wax, like beeswax to improve the water resistance and return its shine. It is already sealed- so oils will not penetrate.
