Our cheese slicers are 9" long, 6" wide and 1.25" tall. Milled from the same selection of exotic woods as our appetizer trays. They feature a replaceable stainless steel piano wire. These slicers are the best way to slice cheese - from soft brie to a firm cheddar. Each slicer is handmade and no two are alike.
